The ADHD Patch instagram
The ADHD Patch is my educational Instagram account where I aim to make relatable, education and fun content focused on ADHD. I use both my personal experience as a woman with ADHD and as a researcher working with neurodivergent folk, as well as my credentials as a psychology graduate, to create both static and video content that assists with self-understanding and self-compassion for people with ADHD.
Beyond The Patch
Beyond The ADHD Patch, I hold a BPS-accredited MSc in Psychology, for which my independent research project focused on women with ADHD. In my role as a User Researcher, I've also worked extensively with the neurodivergent community on research aimed at addressing some of the challenges we face in the workplace. If you're looking for a fun and engaging speaker to share some ideas about ADHD & neurodiversity in the workplace, I'd love to work with you. Here are just some of the areas I can speak on:

ADHD in the workplace
I worked on an enterprise solution for neurodivergent folk, and of course also have personal experience in this domain, with a decades experience in office-based roles. I can knit together personal experience and academic research to offer some practical tips on how your colleagues can operate more neuro-inclusively
Neuroinclusion
I'm passionate about making work environments more inclusive and have many insights into how workplaces can practically adjust their working-style to better suit everyone on the team.
The pros of ADHD
My independent research focused on the positive aspects of ADHD in women, and this is an area I've researched extensively. Please note: I do not use the term 'superpower' in any of my work on ADHD or neurodiversity
